edie 26 partners with MyMynd to support mental health and resilience among sustainability leaders

Sustainability event, edie 26, has renewed its partnership with digital mental health platform MyMynd to provide wellbeing support for professionals attending this year’s conference in London.
The collaboration will see MyMynd host a dedicated Health & Wellbeing Zone at edie 26, which takes place on 25–26 March at the Business Design Centre. The space will offer private one-to-one consultations and practical workshops designed to help sustainability leaders manage mental health challenges linked to their roles.
The initiative reflects growing concern about burnout and psychological pressure among sustainability professionals, many of whom are navigating complex organisational change, climate targets and increasing stakeholder expectations.
Through the partnership, MyMynd will provide confidential consultations with health and wellbeing experts, giving delegates the opportunity to discuss strategies to improve both their own wellbeing and that of their teams.
In addition to the on-site support, MyMynd is hosting a free online workshop for registered edie 26 delegates on 10 March. The session will focus on protecting mental health at work and promoting wellbeing within organisations.
MyMynd is a digital platform designed to help employees better understand and manage their mental health. The service uses clinically validated assessments to identify potential mental health risks and guide users towards personalised resources and support tools.
Delegates attending edie 26 will be able to book consultations with MyMynd specialists through the event’s mobile app, while two themed workshops will run across the two-day conference.
The online workshop taking place ahead of the event aims to help participants normalise conversations about mental health and build understanding of practical strategies to support wellbeing in everyday working life.
As sustainability becomes an increasingly demanding area of work, initiatives such as the Health & Wellbeing Zone highlight the growing recognition that workplace wellbeing is critical to maintaining effective leadership and long-term organisational change.
For organisations across the UK, the partnership also reflects a broader shift in how businesses are approaching employee wellbeing. As environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities intensify, supporting the mental health and resilience of employees tasked with delivering sustainability strategies is becoming an important consideration for workplace health and wellbeing.
