The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is hosting several free, dedicated workplace wellbeing webinars over the coming weeks. The online events are open to all HR and people professionals around the world.

“With workplace wellbeing increasingly recognised as a crucial issue, attendees of these events can expect a wide range of expert insights and discussions to support them in taking an evidence-based approach to their wellbeing strategies,”

The CIPD said.

The first of the webinars will take place on 15 September with the topic “Championing women’s health and reproductive health at work”. The event will focus on how organisations can better support employees with their reproductive health. From menstrual health and fertility challenges to managing the menopause, too many people still face barriers that affect their confidence, career progression and even their ability to stay in work.

Chaired by the CIPD’s Rachel Suff, the free event features campaigner Mariella Frostrup, Claudia Nicholls, Chief Customer Officer at Simplyhealth and Kevin Lyons, Senior HR Manager at Pearson. They’ll share practical advice on creating open, supportive workplace cultures – and attendees will have the chance to ask their own questions. Topics and dates for future webinars will be released on the CIPD website.
