MAXIS GBN expands wellbeing marketplace with Klarity and Workplace Options

MAXIS Global Benefits Network (MAXIS GBN) has expanded its wellness technology marketplace by adding two new providers, Klarity and Workplace Options, as demand grows for more proactive and joined-up approaches to employee health and wellbeing.
The marketplace, which delivers global wellbeing solutions to multinational employers, brings together a range of digital-led services designed to support workforce health across different regions and employee populations.
Klarity joins the platform with a focus on preventive health and early detection, offering employers access to health screenings and diagnostics aimed at identifying potential issues before they develop into more serious conditions. Its services include general health assessments, comprehensive preventive screenings and cancer detection programmes, delivered onsite, at home or in clinical settings.
Through data-enabled reporting, employees receive personalised insights to help manage their long-term health and reduce the risk of illness.
Will Cooper, CEO at Klarity said: “Screenings are crucial to ensure that any underlying conditions employees have are caught early, before they become debilitating or even deadly. At Klarity, we work with employers who want to prioritise early detection, so they can help enable their employees to take control of their own health.”
Dr Leena Johns, Chief Health & Wellness Officer at MAXIS GBN said: “Prevention is crucial for improving health outcomes and managing medical costs. Yet often, screenings aren’t covered as part of a standard EB programme or can be difficult to access. I’m delighted that our multinational clients can now work with Klarity to provide valuable early detection solutions to their people, no matter where they live and work.”
Alongside prevention, the addition of Workplace Options strengthens support for employees returning to work after periods of absence, an area of growing focus for organisations as long-term sickness and health-related inactivity continue to rise.
Part of TELUS Health, Workplace Options provides tailored return-to-work solutions, including support for employees following cancer diagnosis, parental leave and extended sickness absence. Its services combine digital and in-person care and currently support more than 88 million people across 127,000 organisations globally.
JB Gruet, Chief Revenue Officer at Workplace Options said: “Employee absences are increasing around the world due to mental health concerns, chronic illness, disability and more. The longer employees are away from work, the more daunting it can be to return. Our services make the transition as seamless as possible for employees everywhere.”
Dr Leena Johns said, “Returning to work after a prolonged absence can be overwhelming for employees, impacting not only their recovery but their mental health too. Through our partnership with Workplace Options, our clients can make the return to work as easy as possible for their people, easing the burden on their mental wellbeing.
The expansion reflects a broader shift in workplace wellbeing, with increasing emphasis on prevention, early intervention and sustained support across the employee lifecycle.
