Fitness On Demand expands digital fitness content for workplaces through Mvmnt partnership

Fitness On Demand has expanded its digital fitness library through a partnership with Mvmnt, adding 99 workouts designed to help fitness and wellbeing operators offer more varied, accessible exercise programming across their facilities and digital platforms.

The partnership adds strength, cardio, mobility, yoga, Pilates and meditation sessions to Fitness On Demand’s existing library of more than 1,800 workouts, with content available through in-facility screens and mobile devices.

The additional programming will be available to customers from October, including employers, fitness facilities, residential communities and hospitality operators.

For the workplace wellbeing sector, the expansion offers employers and corporate fitness providers more opportunities to support employee physical activity and wellbeing without requiring additional instructors, equipment or separate digital platforms.

The content covers a range of fitness levels and life stages, allowing employees to choose activities that suit their individual needs, preferences and abilities.

Sessions include bodyweight training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, dance and cardio, alongside lower-impact activities such as yoga, Pilates, mobility and meditation.

The partnership reflects growing interest in flexible approaches to workplace physical wellbeing, particularly as employers look for ways to make exercise and recovery support accessible to employees working across different locations, schedules and environments.

Digital fitness platforms can help organisations extend wellbeing provision beyond traditional gym facilities or scheduled classes, giving employees access to activities they can incorporate into their working day or use at home.

Fitness On Demand said the partnership addresses a common challenge for operators seeking to maintain engagement while managing the costs of delivering varied exercise programmes.

Andy Peat, CEO of Fitness On Demand, added:”Partnering with Mvmnt allows us to expand our content library with programming that’s genuinely different from what’s already on the platform.

“Members don’t all train the same way, and operators shouldn’t have to stitch together separate apps to give them more options. This partnership gives our customers 99 more reasons to keep people engaged, in the format they’re already using.”

Mvmnt specialises in digital fitness programming combining expert coaching, personalised training and interactive exercise experiences.

Kaleigh Frost, founder of Mvmnt, said: “This partnership with Fitness On Demand presents a remarkable opportunity to introduce our expert coaching and unique fitness experience to a wider audience. Mvmnt is built on making high-quality, engaging training accessible and helping individuals outdo themselves daily. Strategically and culturally, this collaboration is a natural fit.”

While access to exercise facilities remains important, employees have different preferences, levels of confidence and opportunities to participate in physical activity. Offering a broader range of digital programming can help employers accommodate those differences, including employees who may be less comfortable attending group classes or using traditional gym equipment.
