New platform aims to help employers embed neuroinclusion at scale

A new digital platform designed to help organisations support neurodivergent employees and manage workplace adjustments has been launched.
Cambridge-based workplace inclusion specialist, neurobox, has launched neurohub for business, a free online platform intended to help employers create more neuroinclusive workplaces and provide structured support for employees with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other neurodifferent profiles.
The platform is aimed at HR, people and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) teams, offering tools to coordinate workplace support, manage needs assessments, track adjustments and measure their impact on employee experience and organisational performance.
The launch comes as employers face increasing pressure to improve workplace accessibility and inclusion. Neurobox cites estimates suggesting that between 15 and 20 per cent of the global population is neurodivergent, making neuroinclusion a significant workforce issue rather than a niche concern.
According to the company, many organisations continue to take a reactive approach to supporting neurodivergent employees, often lacking the processes, training and infrastructure needed to deliver consistent workplace adjustments and support.
The platform is built around neurobox’s “neuroNavigation” methodology and aims to centralise support services in a single location. Features include workplace needs assessment requests, personalised support planning, employee check-ins, training reminders, feedback collection and access to neurodiversity resources.
For employers, the platform also seeks to reduce administrative burdens associated with managing workplace adjustments through automated workflows, compliance support and reporting tools.
The launch reflects a broader shift in workplace wellbeing and inclusion strategies, with organisations increasingly looking beyond awareness campaigns and towards practical systems that can support diverse workforce needs at scale.
Mark Woodward, Head of Assessments & Innovation at neurobox said “An estimated 15–20% of the global population is neurodifferent – that’s hundreds of millions of people and a significant part of today’s workforce. Yet despite this, many neurodifferent professionals still face barriers to getting into work, progressing, and feeling fully included. Often, organisations aren’t resistant, they just don’t know where to start, so support tends to be reactive rather than proactive. That means a huge amount of potential is being missed. Neuroinclusion is no longer a ‘nice to have’ — it’s a business and strategic necessity.”
Concluding, Jason De Turris, COO at neurobox, said: “Every organisation already employs neurodifferent people, whether they realise it or not. Those that take a thoughtful, proactive approach are much more likely to truly benefit from the strengths neurodifferent employees bring. The launch of neurohub for business gives HR and People Leaders a practical, scalable way to build workplaces where neurodivergent employees can prosper – while improving business culture, engagement and performance for everyone.”
From a workplace health and wellbeing perspective, the platform addresses an area that remains underdeveloped in many organisations. While awareness of neurodiversity has increased significantly in recent years, employers often report challenges in translating policy commitments into day-to-day support for employees.
Neurobox said the platform is designed to help organisations move from reactive intervention towards a more preventative and structured approach, supporting recruitment, retention and employee experience while helping neurodivergent staff access adjustments more easily.
