Isio strengthens leadership with appointment of Naomi L’Estrange as Managing Director

Pensions, benefits and investment advisory firm, Isio, has announced the appointment of Naomi L’Estrange as Managing Director, further expanding its senior leadership team during a period of rapid growth.
In her new role, L’Estrange will focus on deepening relationships with professional trustees and industry stakeholders, as well as contributing to Isio’s work on ESG, governance and talent development. The appointment reflects the firm’s continuing commitment to responsible investment and sustainable business practice.
L’Estrange brings more than 20 years of experience across the pensions and trustee services sector, including senior positions at 20-20 Trustees and Vidett. She began her career at Herbert Smith Freehills, later joining the Pension Protection Fund, and was seconded to government where she helped design the moral-hazard powers within the 2004 Pensions Act.
A highly regarded industry leader, she was named Pensions Woman of the Year 2022 for her contribution to governance and leadership in the sector.
