About The Well Crowd

New to The Well Crowd? This section explains who we are, what we offer, and how we support both businesses and wellbeing providers through a trusted, quality-first platform.

The Well Crowd is a trusted platform and ecosystem for workplace wellbeing.  We connect people leaders with high-quality, vetted providers through The List, our curated directory. Alongside this, we offer expert insights, daily wellbeing news, and thought leadership to help businesses make confident, values-aligned decisions.

We also host the Excellence in Workplace Wellbeing Awards, celebrating outstanding providers and practitioners making a real impact.

We support two main groups:

People leaders – HR, DEI, L&D, and Wellbeing professionals looking for trusted wellbeing partners.

Wellbeing providers – Individuals and organisations offering solutions that support healthier, happier teams.

Ethics and Quality

At The Well Crowd, quality, integrity, and trust are non-negotiable. This section explains how we uphold high standards across the platform, the role of transparency, and what to do if you have concerns or questions about a provider.

Every provider completes a comprehensive application form to ensure it reflects professional, ethical, and values-aligned practice. While we don’t formally accredit or endorse providers, we do reserve the right to remove or pause listings that no longer meet our standards or breach our community guidelines.

Please get in touch with us directly. We take all concerns seriously and may investigate or suspend a listing if it breaches our standards, terms of use, or community expectations. Feedback helps us uphold a trusted platform.

We check for consistency, professionalism, and alignment with our platform values, but we do not independently verify qualifications, insurance, safeguarding, or impact data. It is the users responsibility to carry out their own due diligence before working with a provider.

We actively encourage providers to demonstrate inclusive practice and consider the needs of underrepresented groups. Our application process includes DEI-related questions, and we prioritise ethical delivery, inclusive language, and community representation across all areas of the platform.
