Peppy launches clinician-led neurodiversity support for employees

Workplace digital health platform Peppy has announced the launch of Peppy Neurodiversity, a new clinician-led employee benefit designed to support neurodivergent employees throughout every stage of their journey, from exploring a potential diagnosis to accessing ongoing clinical support.
Launching on 1 September 2026, the service aims to address what the company describes as a significant gap in workplace support, with many employees facing lengthy NHS waiting times for assessment and limited access to specialist guidance through traditional employee wellbeing services.
The service is delivered through the Peppy app and provides employees with access to specialist clinicians, ADHD and autism triage, guidance on navigating the diagnostic process and ongoing one-to-one consultations. It also includes asynchronous messaging with clinicians, alongside educational resources covering a range of neurodivergent conditions, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia.
According to Peppy, one in seven employees are neurodivergent, while many remain undiagnosed or unsupported. The company cites research suggesting that 43 per cent of neurodivergent employees are considering leaving their current role, highlighting the importance of appropriate workplace support and retention strategies.
The service also integrates mental health support, recognising the links between neurodivergence and conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout.
Peppy says the offering is designed to complement existing benefits by helping reduce absence and presenteeism, supporting employee retention and providing managers with access to specialist clinical expertise when supporting neurodivergent colleagues. The service is also intended to help organisations meet their responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 by improving access to appropriate support and workplace adjustments.
Peppy Neurodiversity will be available as part of the company’s wider employee health and wellbeing platform, which is used by more than 250 employers globally.
