Occupational Health Assessment appoints practice director

Occupational Health Assessment Ltd has appointed Claire McCusker as practice director, strengthening its leadership as demand grows for workplace health and wellbeing support across the UK.
McCusker brings more than 25 years’ experience across occupational health, primary care and employee wellbeing. She joins from Aon, where she was a principal strategic consultant. During her career, she has also held senior roles at Nuffield Health, Optima and HCA Healthcare.
In her new role, McCusker will lead the growth and delivery of the company’s occupational health services, with a focus on client support, business development and operational performance. The appointment reflects increasing employer focus on workforce health, as organisations look to improve productivity, reduce absence and support long-term wellbeing.
