Hussle brings Wellbeing Workout back to London

Hussle is bringing its Wellbeing Workout on Tour back to London on 24 September, with the event set to explore what employers can do to better support people to thrive at work.
Taking place at EGYM UK in St Paul’s, the afternoon will bring together HR and People professionals for discussions around the changing role of workplace wellbeing, looking beyond individual initiatives and benefits to consider areas including balance, belonging, healthy boundaries and psychological safety.
The programme will include Polly Burn discussing ESG, wellbeing and human performance by design, while Chris Oak will explore the theme The Best Version of Me.
Lydia Charilaou will examine why workplace wellbeing benefits may struggle to engage employees, while James Cosser-Hindle from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) will look at the role of feedback-rich cultures in building psychological safety and supporting employee development.
The event will also include practical examples, takeaways and networking for HR and People professionals looking at how workplace culture, benefits and wellbeing strategies can contribute to healthier and more resilient workforces.
Hosted by Hussle’s Michal Abraham and Sebastian Finburgh, the Wellbeing Workout on Tour will run from 3pm to 6.30pm.
