Realise HR joins Stephenson Capital to support growth

Realise HR, the HR consultancy headquartered in Cumbria, has joined Stephenson Capital in a move designed to support the firm’s next phase of growth.

Founder Claire McLean will remain CEO, ensuring continuity for clients and partners as the business expands its reach and capability.

The partnership brings Realise HR into Stephenson Capital’s group of specialist B2B businesses while maintaining its independent brand and leadership. Stephenson Capital, led by entrepreneur Neil Stephenson, focuses on long-term investment in niche companies with sustainable growth potential.

Realise HR plans to expand its presence across the North of England and Scotland while continuing to serve clients across the UK and Europe. The firm, which works with organisations to build high-performing teams and healthy workplace cultures, will continue operating as Realise HR Ltd with no changes to services or day-to-day client relationships.

Claire McLean said the partnership would allow the business to grow while maintaining its values and people-focused approach to HR and workplace wellbeing.
