Hoxton Wealth has launched a Global Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which the company says will “place employee wellbeing at the heart of its culture”.

Available to all Hoxton staff and their immediate families, the scheme will benefit all of the multi-national company’s teams – including in The UK, the US, Australia, India, Cyprus and the UAE. Hoxton Wealth, a financial advisor and wealth management specialist, employs more than 300 people across six countries and has more than US$3.3 billion in assets under management.

The EAP has been launched in partnership with Lyra – the largest employee wellbeing provider in the world – and is confidential and independent from Hoxton Wealth.

Focusing primarily on mental health and wellness, the service also provides access to nutritionists and exercise coaches. Other services include:

  •  24/7 access to counselling support via phone and live chat
  • Telephone-based psychological counselling
  • Legal and financial advice
  • Up to five in-person therapy sessions per employee
  • Support for immediate family members living in the same household
  • Dedicated services for young people aged 5–18
  • Managerial support and wellbeing webinars

Hoxton Wealth’s Global Human Resources Manager, Charmaine Lotz, said: “We need to focus on our people – they are the ones driving this business forward.

“Whatever employees discuss with Lyra is completely confidential and completely independent from Hoxton Wealth, so nothing they share comes back to us, and using the service will never affect anyone’s role or future at the company.”
