Jamestown Group and The Alchemist & Adventurer announce leadership development partnership

The Jamestown Group and The Alchemist & Adventurer have formed a partnership to design leadership programmes that link business growth with people development and wellbeing.
The collaboration combines The Jamestown Group’s experience in strategic talent consultancy with The Alchemist & Adventurer’s work in systemic team coaching and leadership transformation. The programmes will focus on strengthening resilience, building trust and improving team dynamics – all recognised as key drivers of workplace wellbeing.
Jamie Homer, founder and Chief Executive of The Jamestown Group, said:
“This isn’t just about hiring the right people – it’s about developing them with purpose and intention. Together, we’re creating leadership journeys that start with strategy and evolve through coaching that supports wellbeing as much as performance.”
Margi Luzanycia, co-founder of The Alchemist & Adventurer, added:
“We believe purpose is a performance multiplier. When leaders and teams connect to why they do what they do, they reduce stress, strengthen clarity and creativity, and create healthier working cultures.”
Keith Burnet, co-founder of The Alchemist & Adventurer, said:
“You can’t lead in isolation anymore. We’re helping teams build the foundations of trust and relational intelligence that support both wellbeing and long-term success.”
The partnership is designed to give organisations a model of leadership that places human potential and wellbeing at the centre of growth.
